Return policy

We do not give refunds or accept cancellations. Once you purchase an item you accept the conditions of our return policy. Refunds are only given if there has been a mistake on our part or we are unable to ship the item purchased.

We will not accept dresses that have:

  1. Stains (i.e. make up, grass stains, etc)
  2. Show evidence of wear
  3. Any alteration mark(s)
  4. Smell like cigarette smoke

Our designers only accept returns in the case of damaged or incorrectly delivered merchandise. We are, therefore, limited to accepting returns under similar circumstances. We carefully inspect every order to ensure it is exactly what you ordered and in absolutely perfect condition.

Your merchandise will be carefully inspected by us before it is shipped to you. If you find any flaw or damage you think was missed during our inspection. You must provide a digital picture of the damage in question and email it to us immediately as .We will contact the designer and have them expedite a replacement or repair, and you will be refunded your return shipping charges. If the item is found to be non-defective, the item will be returned to you and you will be charged for the shipping to return the item to you .


Return Policy for wholesaler

We do not accept returns on any custom gowns.  
We have 14 days 100% money back guarantee or change others dress for standard size order if our product do not have a good quality. But you need send the dress back to Thailand . Items must be in original shipped condition, unworn, unaltered, and have all original packaging. 

We suggest all of the  wholesaler :

  • Place 2 or more order first, we can give you the wholesale price.
  • you can check our product quality after you got our dress. If you feel our product is good for you and your customer, we can do more business in the future.
